"After 20 years, the White House ban on images of American war dead ended last night." In order to protect the identity of the soldiers assisting in transport their faces have been crisply covered with tidy, black, coffin shaped rectangles; inadvertently making for a picture that is some how even more disturbingly awkward and tragic.
