Can You Name This Photographer?

I'm offering up two round trip tickets to Cleveland to the first person person who can correctly identify who made this photograph. It's a tough one.

Plane tickets? Were talking bus tickets baby! Were in a recession. It was made in the U.S. 1950's. The photographer is not from Ohio or Europe.

I just checked and the correct date given is 1928-30. Though I suspect that's wrong.

The picture is by Walker Evans. 1928-30.
